Mortgage Servicing Manager



Manage the HOA-Mortgage servicing function internally and via 3rd party vendors
· Assure that purchased loans meet legal and credit quality requirements
· Handle deficiency follow-up and communicate with primary Mortgage vendor on loan issues
· Assure that accounts are booked accurately and that servicing and delinquency control activities are timely and at sufficient quality levels
· When accounts default, manage 3rd party loss mitigation process
· As loans move through the loss mitigation process, assure that proper approval is obtained for each step and expense.
· Ensure that actions performed on our behalf by 3rd parties are timely, well considered and effective.
· Also, recruit and participate in selection of staff.
· Define process and create procedural guides for every position in loan servicing.

Requirements:
· Candidates must have at least 5 years in leadership and or management of a mortgage servicing operation as well as 2 years underwriting or audit experience.
· Should have had at least one year of loss mitigation as well as normal servicing management responsibilities.
· Candidate must have basic Word and Excel Skills (must be listed on resume)
