Huntingdon Valley Bank is seeking a full-time experienced mortgage underwriter. This individual will be responsible for underwriting-processing loan files. This individual will pre-underwrite non-conforming and conforming loans with DU/LP approval- rejects and submit to Sr. Underwriter or Senior Vice President for review and presentation for final determination.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mortgage loan underwriter-processor

DE Approval

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be proficient with computer skills
