We are looking for a seasoned Women's Services Director with a minimum 3 to 5 years of current or recent nurse management experience in Labor & Delivery, Ante/post partum, and the Neonatal ICU. This position will manage all day-to-day departmental and fiscal operations of multiple units (14 ante/post partum, 6 LDR's, and 9 bed NICU) with 50 FTE’s. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with Master’s degree or Master’s degree in progress. SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS
This position offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes: health insurance; dental insurance, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, salary continuation, short & long-term disability, tuition assistance, nursing school student loan repayment, and tax-free spending accounts! Regular full-time employees receive 7 paid holidays, and may take one personal holiday after completing three months of employment. Outstanding employees will enjoy “Pay for Performance” with strong merit based pay increases. Employees are eligible upon hire to join either a 401(k) or 403(b) plans. The 401(k) plan offers employees a wide array of pre-tax investment options. An eligible employee may contribute as much as 75% of each paycheck on a before-tax basis (up to the IRS limits), and the health system will make a Retirement Contribution each year, which is a percentage of income, not a match of employee contributions. Matching dollars become 100% vested (or owned by the employee) after six years of service with the Health System. Partial vesting occurs between years two through six at a rate of 20% per year. Employees are always fully vested in their contributions. Salary range is very competitive and based on years of experience and education.
