CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Are you an outgoing, enthusiastic “people person”? Like to talk on the phone? Drive friends crazy with your dedication to getting things done and attention to detail? Are you interested in working with and meeting people from around the world who speak other languages? Does the thought of an average, boring J-O-B give you nightmares? You don’t need to be a total computer whiz, but basic computer knowledge and at least 1 year of Customer Service experience is a definite must. We are happy to teach you what you don’t know if you’re excited and willing to learn.

Qualifications:

● Associate Degree required
● PC/MAC experience in a Windows operating environment with strong typing ability
● Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills                                                        ● Ability to function as a team leader                                                                                              ● Demonstrated problem-solving ability                                                                                                 ● Excellent organizational skills                                                                                             ●Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously                                                                   ● Self-motivated. Willing to work occasional evening and weekend hours

● Ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and make recommendations to meet those needs.  
● Identify and assess departmental/individual training needs and take the necessary steps to keep abreast of products and services, as well as enhancements and upgrades
● Ability to act with a sense of urgency
                                                                                                                    ● Ability to be resilient, positive and focused
