Store Manager

Job Summary

The Store Manager provides direct supervision for team of 5-15 associates and supervises all aspects of store operations. They ensure that their teams provide exceptional experiences while offering the most entertainment possible to our customers.

Management Responsibilities

·       Recruits top talent.

·       Trains and develops store associates.

·       Recognizes associates for great performances and communicates honest feedback.

·       Maintains financial controls including shrink, labor and operating expenses.

·       Responsible for compliance with all state and federal laws

·       Coaches and counsels store associates.

·        Ensures that store associates offer exceptional customer service.

·       Assists with maximizing and growing the game business in the store.

The successful candidate will have:

·       1 - 2  years of management experience (experience in retail and / or restaurant management a plus); or Associates Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience

·       Success with recruiting and selecting high-caliber talent

·       Developed a team that provides the customer with exceptional experiences

·       Passion for building relationships and serving others

·       Proven experience maximizing sales and productivity

·       Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills

·       The ability to work a flexible schedule
