Job Description:



- Responsible for supporting mission quality analysis to operations

- Provides assurance of optimization of designated resources

- Interprets and executes policies and procedures as directed

- Recommends modifications to operating policies if needed

- Monitors daily operations and actively assists or provides direction and support to operations when it is required

- Investigates trouble reports and system anomalies as required

- Interfaces with planning and provides support as required

- Provides situational awareness and expertise to operational crews

- Manages databases as necessary

- Coordinates with customers on a daily basis

- The schedule for this position includes non-traditional hours (shift work). S/he will work an operational position that operates on a 24 hours per day / 7 day per week, 12 hour shift schedule

- Position is a two year tour with multiple tours possible.

- Work location is at Harrogate, United Kingdom.

- POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON AWARD OF NEW BUSINESS



Basic Qualifications - Required Experience, Skills:

- Bachelors degree in applicable engineering subject, or equivalent work experience, plus two or more years applicable work experience.

- Two or more years of experience in the analysis field

- Two or more years of mission operations experience

- Strong communications skills and a proven ability to work with internal and external partners and customers

- The ability to provide quality reports and briefs as required

- The ability to work with little supervision and to adapt to duties as they change

Must be willing work a non-traditional (shift work) schedule in 12 hour shifts. This includes working nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white and green).

Requires US citizenship and a ctive or current (active within the last five years) TS/SCI SSBI clearance.

- Individual and eligible dependents must have the ability to satisfy requirements for applicable visas



Desired Experience, Skills, Knowledge:

A current and active TS/SCI SSBI security clearance is a significant advantage.

Proven mentoring and training skills

Experience working in real-time decision making environment

Typically prior military experience proves quite helpful.
