Watermark Residential, a subsidiary of Thompson Thrift, is seeking a Multi-Family Project Manager to join its team.  Acting as Owner's Representative, this person will manage all aspects of the multi-family development process including the coordination of entitlements as well as the site and building design process for our apartment community projects. 

Working with our Developers and their selected sites, this position will coordinate all due-diligence efforts, manage the entitlement process, prepare internal site investigation reports and secure all necessary permits.  In addition, this position will represent the owner in the bidding and construction process.

Qualified applicants must have a civil engineering degree with a minimum 5 years experience in multi-family or large single family development projects conducting the same essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.  Must be highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects in various geographic locations with some travel involved.  A Professional Engineer (or the ability to obtain) license is preferred.
