Nationally known affordable housing provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Site Portfolio/Regional Manager to oversee Southeast portfolio. Position is based in Mobile, AL.

Requirements for Portfolio/Regional Manager:

Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience in property management in the multi-family housing industry.

Experience required in affordable housing program compliance and procedures (HUD Section 8 & LIHTC).

Marketing and financial analysis skills required
Must have a proven multi-site supervision record of tax credit and/or HUD properties.

- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Computer skills.

- Travel required.
- Working knowledge of Yardi Property Management software a plus!
- Bilingual a plus!
