Multi-Unit Account Manager - Team Leader
- Manage and direct day to day operations of the Boston Branch operations.
- Perform franchise visits on a regular basis. Inspect and support franchisees to verify compliance with company standards for instructional quality, operational and financial key measurements, brand appeal, general maintenance and safety.
- Thorough individual and collective operational analysis of assigned business units. Immediately initiates corrective actions to resolve the gap to rectify problems within the highlighted areas. Utilize support resources to maximize performance and deliver targeted results.
- Monitor franchisee performance and effect operational changes to achieve branch goals. Develop and implement short and long-term business plans that promote strategic enrollment and profit growth. Assess regional market conditions to ensure competitiveness and build brand awareness.
- Coordinate staffing schedules to effectively manage franchisee accounts within budgeted parameters.
- Evaluate local competition and create branch level strategies for franchisees to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure timely implementation and on going adherence to all Branch, Regional and Corporate initiatives for marketing, operational, and business programs.
- Manage expenses and capital expenditures to ensure delivery of all services, optimize spending and manage adherence to company standards
- Guide, monitor, and drive productivity standards and career development of direct reports. Provide daily coaching and counseling to staff to include, but not limited to: performance management, disciplinary management, training, safety, development, conflict resolution, and general and routine employee-related issues. Coordinate training efforts to maximize employee potential

- Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years experience in multi-unit service management required
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience a must.
- Prior P&L responsibility required.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs.
- Ability to recruit and motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results.
- Road Warrior. Ability to travel extensively locally/regionally (New England territory only)
