We are searching for multiple Java Developers with all levels of experience for a few of our top clients, including a leading Financial Company / Investment Bank.  Positions are located in both New York City and New Jersey.​

Candidates must have 3 - 10+​ years of experience with Core Java, Unix /​ Linux, SDLC, ability to independently do full life cycle development (from requirement gathering to UAT), excellent communication skills, trading systems development experience, JVM, GC (Garbage Collection) Tuning, socket programming, tcpip,financial services experience, and FIXED INCOME PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.​

The following skills are "desired skills" /​ pluses for individual positions; depending on which company /​ job you are interviewing for:

• Technical /​ Team Leadership experience, AGILE, Leadership /​ interaction with offshore teams,
• BAM, BPM, KDB
• Equities, Derivatives, Credit / Rates
  
• Telecom experience, VOIP applications development, SIP applications Development, Media Server experience,
• SOA, Messaging (JMS, Tibco, MSMQ, etc), Middle Tier Development, XML,  Web Services
  
• C+​+​, Advanced Linux, Network Engineering /​ Connectivity.​
  
• Quant, Mathematical, and/or Statistical background
