Our National Security Global Business is currently seeking a Munitions Response Program Manager. The location of employment can be negotiated.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Our Environmental Restoration and Infrastructure (ERI) Group specializes in providing innovative approaches to soil, groundwater, and waste remediation, contaminated site cleanup, military munitions response and range environmental management and sustainability.
Primary job responsibilities include:

- Support existing range environmental programs execution by providing technical guidance and experience-based, value-added engineering to a diverse team of engineering and technical staff to achieve program deliverables on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and/or oversight for projects/programs to remediate munitions and explosives of concern (MEC), munitions constituents (MC) and munitions debris (MD).
- Support internal research and development efforts and marketing initiatives for range environmental business.
- Plan and/or execute multiple technical projects and assignments within time and budget constraints.
- Lead and/or provide technical guidance on formal proposals to customer requests for range environmental and munitions response activities.
- Lead and/or maintain formal and informal communications and relationships with customers including reports, presentations, and contract deliverables.
- Direct troubleshooting activities as required.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
- BA/BS minimum in a related technical field.
- Certified as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician.
- At least 10 years experience providing technical leadership and/or formal project management for government-sponsored range environmental programs.
- At least 15 years experience performing work in the range environmental field, including at least 10 years experience in military munitions response program (MMRP)-related work.

THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
- A motivated, energetic, self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Documented ability to multitask and follow through on tasks to completion.
- Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of program management.
- Proven experience working and collaborating with engineering and research and development staff, with measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop project teams.
- Proactive, with a proven willingness to lead and take responsibility.
- Willingness and interest in adapting qualifications in the range environmental business to other environmental remediation projects and business development technical areas.
