Assignment Capsule
As a Musculoskeletal Program Manager you will plan, coordinate, monitor and implement complex programs, delivering superior project planning and management throughout the product life-cycle. You will also lead special projects and assignments as necessary, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between business needs, clinical advances and technological solutions.
- Develop a consolidated management-level dashboard of relevant metrics, including number of implementations by month, number of open issues and defects, clinical outcomes or participation and project status.
- Create and deploy a training curriculum for an audience of clinical and non-clinical associates, educating them about cliiical initiatives, process flow and system procedures.
- Design and maintain a cross-team release and project status reporting mechanism that can be used by senior management to ensure that projects are tracking according to schedule.
- Document current processes and recommend areas and approaches for process improvement and re-engineering.

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree, clinical undergraduate degree. Master's degree preferred: MSN, MPH, MHA or MBA
- Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
- Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams.
- 5 years of experience within musculoskeletal settings as clinical or administrative leader: pain management, rehabilitation, orthopedic out-patient or in-patient care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project
Role Desirables
- MBA or other Advanced Degree
- Six Sigma and/or PMP certification
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
- Prior experience managing vendor relationships
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Health Guidance Organization Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
