The On-Premise Team works with restaurants, night clubs, hotels and bars to integrate Red Bull into their local scene. They build relationships, manage territories, negotiate deals and uphold the Red Bull brand. They are the face of Red Bull for our partner businesses. MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
1. Territory Management
a. Greater than 90% field time calling on accounts in his or her territory to take orders and make sales
b. Manages local on premise budget
c. Properly and actively addresses all situations regarding the misrepresentation of other energy drinks as Red Bull
2. “Live” the Red Bull On Premise culture: Work lifestyle coincides with Red Bull Culture
3. POS (Point of Sale materials)
a. Ensures that the proper POS items are staged in the right accounts according to the RBNA guidelines
b. Keeps track of POS placements per venue
4. Business Building Initiatives
a. Targets and opens new accounts
b. Analyzes territory and account specific business to clearly understand key business drivers
c. Reviews business volume and business building initiatives with “A” accounts on a quarterly basis.
d. Routinely performs Staff Education/Energizers to ensure brand understanding
5. Event Activation
a. Proactively searches for creative elements to add to supported events that drive Red Bull’s brand image
b. Leverages nation and global activities/events in On Premise venues
6. Relationship Building Activities
a. Routinely engages in activities to build relationships with key influencers in accounts and territory
b. Develops relative industry relationships (djs, promoters, endemic magazines, etc.) that results in business building initiatives
c. Develops and implements incentives and staff activities for key customers
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”
2. 2+ years sales experience with a strong track record of success
3. 2+ years on-premise experience with a strong track record of success
4. 2+ years experience in the beverage industry with a strong track record of success
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate.
6. Excellent communication and active listening skills
7. Creative, solution-oriented mindset
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently
9. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
10. University – Bachelor’s Degree required
