NAND Test Engineer
About the Job
As a NAND Test Engineer at Micron, you will develop, debug, and maintain test code. In this position you will be expected to understand the part data sheet. Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to: analyzing yield and testing issues; implementing and qualifying test time reductions; developing and implementing engineering monitors; and analyzing and implementing corrective actions for QA/customer returns. You will be expected to interface with outside engineering groups to resolve issues. You will also support R&D; interacting closely with Process and Product Engineering (wafer), and design and debug hardware.

- Unix/Linux/Windows knowledge
- C++/Python/Perl coding skills
- Electronics/Electrical circuit knowledge

- As applied to the test equipment
- Knowledge of digital systems and logic gates
- Knowledge of transistor operation
- Basic understanding of the entire semiconductor memory process flow (NAND and/or DRAM)
- Semiconductor device knowledge (preferred)
- Firmware development experience a plus
- Nextest experience is also beneficial
