Job Description
Perot Systems Government Services invites you to attend our NAVSEA Career Invitational Event to explore proposed and existing contract opportunities. Positions exist in Washington DC, supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Navy Headquarters, Naval Warfare Centers, NAVSEA Field Offices, Naval Shipyards, Private Shipyards, and other Navy Eschelon II and III commands. All positions support broad-based NAVSEA Command support services contracts. Perot Systems is looking for mid to senior level engineers, program managers, and operations management professionals with NAVSEA experience to provide on-site operational support.
Desired KSAs in the areas and/or offices of PMS 450 (Virginia Class Submarine), PMS 397 (Ohio Replacement SBSD), PMS 392 (In-Service Strategic & Attack Submarines), PMS 394 (Advanced Undersea Systems Program Office), PMS 399 (Special Operation Forces Undersea Mobility Program Office), PMS 401 (Submarine Acoustic Systems), PMS 404 (Undersea Weapons), PMS 415 (Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems), PMS 425 (Submarine Combat Systems Program Office), PMS 435 (Submarine Sensor Systems), SEA 073R (Undersea Technology Program Office), NAVSEA 07TR (Submarine Trainers Office), and other program and technical codes.
Duties range from engineering and technical review of drawings, specifications, requirements manuals, etc; to submarine availability management including URO Certification; to overall operations management and contract administration functions. Perot Systems supports the entire lifecycle of all classes of submarines and is fully embedded within the Navy Headquarters. Our five contract areas of focus are engineering, program management (PM), logistics, business and financial support (BFM), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).Successful candidates will have specialized experience or qualifications in one of these functional areas and/or with one of the Program Offices listed above.
Personnel with prior, DoD, NAVSEA or Navy experience and/or Headquarters experience are highly preferred. Engineering or technical degrees are preferred but not required. The ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance is required.
