Job Title: .NET Developer/Architect

in computer purchasing, servicing, consulting, custom programming, logistics
design, and networking services. We provide services for Residential,
Commercial, Government, and Non-Profit. NorTex believes that through the
application of business and ethical principals we can offer an unparalleled
customer experience for every industry that we serve.

We are seeking qualified candidates for 2 contract .Net Developer/Architect positions
on 6 – 12 month contracts with the possibility of extension.

The .NET Developer/Architect will participate in custom application development
efforts. Supporting technologies include .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Web
Services. The developer will be expected to design and develop applications
based on defined requirements and project objectives. Work with other
developers and management to meet project and development goals.

Required Skills:

·        
Must have 4+ years of .Net
development experience

·        
Experience developing in C#,
creating Windows and ASP.NET applications (Winforms/WPF/Asp.Net)

·        
Experience using Microsoft SQL
Server 2005/2008 or later versions: minimum 4
years

·        
Experience using ADO.NET : minimum 4 years

·        
AJAX

·        
General Design, Development and
Deployment of Custom Applications: minimum 6 years

·        
Experience and Understanding of Web
Services/ Windows Communication Foundation (WCF):
minimum 2 years

·        
Experience with open source
frameworks: minimum 2 years

·        
Team player that can work in an
agile environment and enjoys flexible hours

·        
Good written and verbal
communications skills

·        
Team Foundation Server

Desired Skills:

·
SQL Server Reporting Services

·
Knowledge and use of Agile
development process

·
Automated Testing and Testing Tool
Experience

Non-Technical Preferences:

· Ability to work in team environment
and also take individual assignments and work through completion.

Certifications/Education:

Microsoft Certification (MCAD, MCSD,
and MCP) is preferred
