Position Title:          .NET Developer

Purpose: To design and implement quality software solutions that meet the business needs with effective, efficient, and leading edge technology.  This individual will be part of a team that develops business support applications, rather than actual products.

Essential Job Functions:

·         Full Software Development Life Cycle experience

·         Commitment to deliver tangible business results and not just code 

·         Good analysis and design skills to be able to implement solutions that are consistent with a medium-sized company framework

·         Ability to solution for growth while implementing in phases

·         Must be able to adapt to tight time schedules in regards to project deliverables

·         Must have excellent written and verbal skills

·         Contribute to the creation of Software Design sessions and documents

·         Contribute to the development and enhancement of medium to large scope windows applications

·         Independently fix defects in proprietary windows applications

·         Contribute to the creation of Software Design Documents

·         Be a vital part of the creation of application design and development for medium to large scale projects

·         Work with the Business Analyst group in technical research and design of technology solutions that solve business needs

·         Create technical documentation to support applications deployed to production

·         Support application releases to test and production 

·         Work closely with business and technical teams to understand, document, design and code processes

·         Develop and execute appropriate software tests
