Skills required:
- Proficient with C#
- Excellent with SQL
- Ability to lead small technical teams on focused projects and hit deadlines
- Ability to understand complex business problems, help create requirements, and design and implement solutions to those problems
- A passion for programming

Desired experience:
- Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies
- WPF and/or Silverlight 2 or 3
- Oracle

Bonus experience:
- Java (JEE 5)
- You know who Peter Norvig and Martin Fowler are without googling

We're a small company working in the Health Care technology market. Pay is doe (really doa) but in the range of $80 - $110.
