Our Client’s Tucson Branch of their world-wide engineering and manufacturing corporation has commissioned Premier Employee Solutions to present for interview completely qualified candidates for one, Direct Hire .Net Programmer/Analyst Position. This IS Professional will be an experienced programmer with strong object-oriented background, practical working knowledge of the Microsoft .Net (C#, VB.Net, .Net Framework 3.0 and 3.5), experienced in accessing Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 from .NET applications, and possess as well some experience with a scripting language, such as VBScript or AutoDesk / AutoLISP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the Programmer/Analyst is to implement, deploy, and maintain the next generation Product Lifecycle Management application and its associated utilities, application tools, and scripts. This responsibility includes several essential/desired skills:
* Experience with MS .Net framework, VB.Net, and C# 2005/2008

* Experience accessing a Microsoft SQL database via LINQ
* SQL database query and manipulation experience
* Firm understanding of systems and software analysis and design

* Knowledge of Visual Studio Team System and Unit-Testing procedures
* Experience adhering to project management procedures and policies
* Ability to work directly with engineers and department managers to identify and capture requirements
* Documentation of applications, and design and implementation of online help systems and training courses

* Team-oriented, goal-focused self-starter capable of working with deadlines under minimum supervision
* Must be able to develop, test, and debug complex systems

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have an undergraduate (Associate or Bachelor’s) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or other field; at least eight (8) years programming in a professional environment.  Code samples will be required as reference
* Candidate will be expected to work independently in all phases of a large project’s development life cycle from requirements through maintenance
* Expertise in designing software solutions which encompasses multiple disciplines, languages, and which incorporates multiple vendors’ systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially teaching and presentation skills
* Ability to work effectively and professionally, and to build and maintain effective relationships with both users and service providers

SALARY & BENEFITS:
