What you need to know...

Knowledge and proven experience with Microsoft .NET and MS-SQL

VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, IIS, SQL Server, XML, XSL

Ability to learn new languages and new techniques while working on projects

At least 2 years working experience

Solid Object Oriented programming skills with C#

Develop high-level and detail design specifications

Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and specification

It would help if you knew...

Other languages and applications i.e. IIS, JavaScript*, HTML, DHTML, CSS

Some System Administration skills a plus

Bachelor degree preferred but not necessary.

XAML, WPF, or Silverlight a plus

What you'll be doing...

You must love to program since you'll be doing a lot of it!
Customer Service is #1 priority so you need to take care of them.

You must be a team player but also be able to work independently.

Must be able to pick up and assist with ongoing projects.
