In this dynamic role, you'll oversee all aspects of a high school foreign exchange program in a region of the U.S. Working with your volunteer field staff, you will place students in host families and schools, supervise students throughout the year, and trouble-shoot problems as they arise. Your ability to build relationships with and motivate a diverse group of volunteers is crucial to this role, as is the ability to work effectively with your colleagues abroad. Your outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, good judgment, and sincere interest in international education will ensure the experience of a lifetime for all of our exchange students.
As part of a busy and hard-working team, you'll gain invaluable experience and skills in areas such as marketing, mediation, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication. Requirements include a BA/BS degree, 1-3 years of work experience, and a sincere interest in cultural exchange.
