EF International Language Schools (EF ILS) is the leading provider of intensive English language education and university preparation in the United States. The company is looking for dynamic individuals ready to take the next step in leadership as a School Director. As General Manager for the entire operation of the school and facilities, you will oversee all aspects of school management, from student welfare to academic coordination, to housing and social activities, and budget responsibility. Excellent communication skills are needed to liaise with our sales offices worldwide and motivate a team of up to 25 employees, as well as the confidence to efficiently organize every aspect of running a school. Diplomacy, patience, flexibility and strong conflict resolution skills are essential when working with international students from all over the world and of varying English abilities. Experience in the educational sector is preferable, but a sound track record of excellent customer service and operations management is a must. The ILS team is committed to coaching and support of future leaders through these challenging but rewarding positions.
