TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
Regional Staffing Firm in the Tri-State area with three lines of business in commercial staffing, professional search and IT services is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for the South Jersey area. The Territory Sales Manager is accountable for creating and implementing a successful marketing strategy to meet/exceed sales/profit targets. This position is responsible for hunting and securing new business as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
q Maintain consistent and planned communication with established and targeted clients to ensure successful business development.
q Create an effective sales strategy to increase sales, develop new accounts and increase revenue of existing accounts through cold-calling and other sales activities.
q Work with all divisions (Professional Search and IT) to create a successful “cross-selling” plan.
Requirements:
q Ability to make sound business decisions
q Excellent relationship-building skills
q Ability to Hunt for and secure new business
q Strong communication and problem solving skills
q Good planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business goals
q Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
q Ability to travel and/or work extended hours when necessary
q Minimum of five years of related experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking sales environment
Education:
q Four-year degree or five years of business (management) experience
