ITA international is currently seeking an analyst to provide NMETL development and maintenance support to various US Navy commands. This support will provide the analysis of current as well as emerging missions, to identify and articulate mission tasks, conditions, and standards. The analyst will use knowledge of NMETL processes and subject material to coordinate with subject matter experts in order to capture and convert data that is suitable for documentation.  Duties include facilitation of working groups, recording and documenting discussion, and entry and management of data in the NTIMS database.   

Successful candidate will have past experience in conducting mission analysis and development and maintenance experience with Navy Mission Essential Task Lists (NMETL). Strong experience with the Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) database.  Ideal candidate will possess the ability to facilitate working groups and posses strong writing and computer skills.  Preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
