About the Job

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH A SALARY AND BENEFITS. THE SHIFT IS FROM 3:00 PM TO 12:00 AM M-F. THE HOURS ARE NOT FLEXIBLE. WE ARE A 24/7/365 ENVIRONMENT.


 


Summary:                             Monitor availability, performance and overall system uptime for various technologies in production environments. Perform Quality Assurance to web enterprise web sites.


 


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned from time to time.


 


 



  • Responsible for overall support of the systems and network infrastructures of the Headquarters and hosting environments.

  • Perform daily operational network & system infrastructure checks and balances for Production environments.

  • Initiate incident management & response with structured escalation levels for Production issues.

  • Monitor various applications and monitoring consoles to maintain availability & performance.

  • Responsible for Production code promotions to Application Development environments.

  • Excellent analysis, problem determination, written and communication skills with the ability to know when to escalate.

  • Execute & coordinate on-call escalations for 24x7x365 infrastructure & hosted environments.

·         Administer and maintain standard operations procedure documentation.


 


 


Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Education:                                                    


 


 



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems & applications.

  • Knowledge of basic networking communication skills a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to emerging technologies.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Positive team participation skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience in Call Center environments a plus.
