Nurse Practitioner / Assistant Medical Director
Integritas LTC and affiliates is currently interviewing Nurse Practitioners interested in becoming part of our unique medical model as medical providers/Assistant Medical Director (ARNP) in Birmingham, AL.
Integritas is a company committed to improving the quality of the medical services provided to the long term care industry by creating strategic alliances with LTC facilities, and educating and supporting medical practitioners.
As the facility's medical house staff NP/Assistant Medical Director, you would work in collaboration with the facility's medical director to assess and manage all changes in conditions, perform federally required visits and participate in the management of chronic diseases. You would participate in efforts with the facility staff to manage the quality indicators 'QIs' such as poly-pharmacy, restraint reduction, falls, etc.
Interested applicants must be nationally certified as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult, family or geriatric care. Previous long-term care experience preferred.
