Henderson, NV law firm, specializing in real property finance default litigation, business and real property disputes and enforcement of judgments, is seeking a full time Civil Litigation Attorney.

Reporting to: Managing Partner, Nevada Office   

Must be licensed in Nevada (Arizona and California licenses, a plus); have five - seven years civil litigation experience; have excellent writing skills; be highly motivated and detail oriented; and have law and motion and discovery experience. Bankruptcy, real property and debtor-creditor experience helpful.
