Reporting to: Managing Partner, Nevada Office   

Must be licensed in Nevada; multi-state licenses preferred; have two - five years civil litigation experience; have excellent writing skills; be highly motivated and detail oriented; and have law and motion and discovery experience. Bankruptcy, real property and debtor-creditor experience helpful.
