A stable and strong A+ rated P&C insurance carrier is looking for someone to lead their property underwriting practice to enhance their property underwriting both internally and externally. This leader will help formulate and implement strategic initiatives and business development activities that will profitably grow the portfolio in the domestic and reverse flow segments.

You will need: Strong Commercial Property UW skills in standard lines from small packages to medium/large HPR-type risks; Home Office level portfolio management; Experience with Property Underwriting guidelines and ISO/ratings; Underwrite and approve multi-national property business; Oversee CAT Modeling and monitor CAT accumulations; Underwrite individual property risks, and lead the Regional Property Underwriters and assist the Package Underwriters when needed.

A Bachelor's degree is required along with a minimum of 10 years related Carrier Property Underwriting experience and 3 years of recent experience in a leadership role.
