The Residential Brokerage Division of Time Equities, Inc. seeks a Sales & Rental Agent with a valid New York real estate license to take on sales responsibilities for the New York City sales and rental market.  Our Agents will work with buyers and sellers in the sale and lease of their apartment, coop, condo, townhouse and investment property.

The Requirements:

One year minimum experience in residential sales.

Confident negotiator.

Ability to use financial analysis as a basis for decision-making.

Willingness to learn and take direction. 

Ability to evaluate deals quickly and pursue those with potential.

Compensation: Commission split start at 50%
