The Account Manager is a key role in the Nashville office.  This individual will grow, develop and manage a team of business consultants as well as define consulting projects, arrange work, staff teams, achieve profitability goals, develop personnel and ensure client satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for generating new business and managing the client service offerings from initial strategy through the completion of the deliverables. He/she will analyze the strategic and tactical needs of clients and develop and manage deliverable solutions to address those needs.

 

10 – 15 years experience in the consulting industry delivering a diverse range of client services, the successful candidate will be a seasoned management consultant capable of leading execution teams and developing deep client relationships.  This individual will possess a demonstrated ability to build client relationships across all business areas, identify and develop client engagements, lead project teams and recruit superior talent.

 

The successful candidate will provide the leadership and energy required to grow a successful service area in North Highland’s highly entrepreneurial environment. Cultural fit at North Highland is a key consideration. The individual will be comfortable operating in a collegial and collaborative teamwork environment.

  • Possess proven sales capability within large account structure.
  • Develops strategies to drive multi-year, long-term profitable relationships grounded in customer satisfaction.
  • Accompanies team members at all levels on business development activities and serves as an expert on the North Highland business model, value-proposition and business impacts delivered to the client. 
  • Be a creative thinker who regularly seeks innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
  • Ability to develop his/her practice area within a larger organization by leveraging existing corporate resources and capabilities in new and unique ways to achieve success.
  • Possess a keen understanding of the consulting business model and financial levers in order to develop and manage client business in a financially sound manner
  • A professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character who has demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior.
  • Able to leave his/her ego at the door to lead and work in a collaborative atmosphere.
