National Account Manager, Cross-Species
QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of a BS degree
- Minimum four years experience in sales of animal health products
- Supervisory experience in sales management within animal health preferred
- Experience in marketing management within animal health preferred
- Distribution management experience preferred
- Excellent written, oral and computer skills required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all key distributor sales activities to achieve projected sales and gross profit goals for ex-distributor and ex-BIVI Ensure the development and training of key distributor personnel internal/external) Manage, monitor and evaluate all MAP programs designed for key distributor partnersManage and monitor all key distributor contracts and rebatesEnsure ReportNet sales tracking system through key distribution is accurate at all levels of reportingIdentify areas of unmet needs and growth opportunities to work with marketing to implement plans to address the opportunityCoordinate with appropriate sales and marketing managers, all changes in pricing, programs and policies that affect key distributorsContinue to evaluate and track distributor performance to ensure or enhance services to the customersPrepare information and actively participate in sales and marketing meetingsCommunicate with BIVI sales force and management on a regular and timely basis all pertinent key distributor activities and performanceConduct regular business review meetings between the management of BIVI and distribution
