Purpose of the role\: to lead part of the Belgian KA organization and exploit the full potential at important customers.
 
Responsibilities\:
Target achievment according to Key Account Plan (turnover, profit & market shares)
Ensuring long-term healthy development with Key Accounts
Managing and developing excellent and strategic realtionships with Key Accounts
Assuring professional steering of Key Accounts according to Key Account Management Standards
Leading a team of Key Account Managers, taking care of their development and growth, planning succession within the team
Demonstrating strong leadership, thus achieving the highest performance of Key Account Managers
Constantly focusing on Top line/Bottom line financial equation, constantly monitoring P&L and recommending actions to improve performance
Preparing annual budget and managing fixed and variable costs on his/her area of responsibility


What we offer


The National Account Manager drives growth, success and excellence and leads a team of Key Account Managers. The role develops a sales strategy for Key Accounts based on market needs, KA structure, competitive situation and company targets (investment priorities among channels & clients, channel strategy). The National Account Manager develops a concept for KA organization (structure, repsonsibility, quality, etc.) with regard to future requirements.

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


+/- 5 years experience in Key Account Management and leader experience within a multinational FMCG company
Very good knowledge on commercial systems and Belgian retail working
Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication, convincing, powering self presentation
Presentation skills & argumentative approach
Organizing and prioritizing ability
Very strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent influencing/ negotiation skills
Decision making & able to react fast to changing environment
Positive attitude, leadership & motivational skills
Strong strategic mindset
Internal and external networking
