National Account Manager – Kroger – Leading CPG Company LOCATION
Cincinnati, OH REPORTS TODirector of National Accounts, Kroger Team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead Kroger Corporate contact for Consumer Brands
- Work with Category Management to develop sales presentations business initiatives, new items, category updates
- Explore new opportunities for brand and category growth using available market data/dunnhumby data with a fact based approach
- Work with Broker organization to implement retail initiatives and monitor retail standards across all Kroger divisions
- Develop down stream approach with Broker BDM’s at Kroger KMA’s
- Develop, present, implement, execute, track, post analyze and review
- Kroger Annual Business Plan (Sales Plan)
- Kroger Merchandising Plan
- Trade Budget for Brands (CDF)
- Forecasting Process
- Reporting to Kroger Director
- Ongoing communication to Director in regards to everyday business
- Promotional opportunities
- New Distribution Objectives
- Brand & Category direction
- Outstanding Issues
- Regular reporting
- Attend market visits with Kroger team on a quarterly basis
- Participate in Broker meetings and retail audit process
- Perform any duties assigned by manager
- Participate in assigned projects involving industry organizations, supply chain initiatives, etc.
- SCOP Activities
QualificationsEducation Experience - 4 years experience minimum in CPG sales, preferably food sales
- Must have experience calling on Kroger G.O.
Other - Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
