Consolidated Maintenance Solutions (CMS) is a national provider of HVAC, refrigeration, and general maintenance services to retail and restaurant chains.  Our customer roster includes many of the top retail and restaurant chains in the industry.  Recent business growth is allowing us to open a National Account Manager position to bring additional support to our customer base.

The National Account Manager position is responsible for managing the daily repair traffic for store locations around the U.S.  Daily responsibilities include receiving incoming service requests, scheduling work to assigned vendors, monitoring service call progress, and maintaining communication to customer contacts.

Preferred candidates will possess experience in the HVAC industry or comparable trades, the ability to focus on the task at hand, operate under pressure, communicate in detail, understand how to partner with both suppliers and customers, and maintain the highest levels of personal accountability.
