SHIFT IS 11AM- 8PM
The National Admissions Representative (NAR) will be responsible for contacting prospective students who have expressed an interest in furthering their education, and help them understand how the educational programs can meet their needs. NAR’s will warm call transfer and schedule appointments with prospective students. The NAR must conduct high quantity as well as quality telephone contacts to secure weekly standard warm call transfer and appointment set activity. The NAR is responsible for conducting all recruitment activities in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Company policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards.
Incumbent must assure that the EDMC philosophy: quality services to clients; development, growth, involvement, and recognition of employees; sound economic principles; and environment which is conducive to innovation, positive thinking and expansion - is considered in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Knowledge:
a) Bachelor’s Degree
b) Minimum of 1-2 years non-durable good sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Able to work with people from variety of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds
c) Good telephone skills, prior telesales experience preferred

a) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
b) Strong interpersonal skills with student and staff populations.
c) Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
d) Strong computer skills. MS Office Suite.
