The National Business Manager is responsible to develop a strategic partnership with Costco that delivers on Henkel Laundry and Home Care’s (LHC) objectives in net sales, profitability, market share, and trade management. Strengthen Henkel’s position as Costco’s preferred partner by providing category solutions with Henkel brands. Ensure a solid understanding and execution of all brand commercialization. Develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and influence. Partner with the customer to optimize Retailer Brand opportunities and positioning. Successfully integrate and partner with all internal teams to deliver business solutions. Regional responsibilities to include\: Costco Northeast, Southeast, Texas, Midwest, and E. Canada



What we offer

Manage strategic partnership and develop a Joint Business Plan that addresses theassortment, pricing, promotion, and planogram elements in area of responsibility.
Manage launch strategy and execution plan of all innovation (items and new brands) in LHCwith effective project management.
Manage internal and external customer communications.
Provide direction to cross functional resources, find insights to drive strategic plan, andexecute the plan with excellence.
Deliver semi-monthly forecasting of revenue, net sales, and retail sales.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Transportation groups to support the customer andmaximize sales
Lead promotional negotiations for optimal promotion planning and investments.
Manage trade promotion system to plan and track promotional spending.
Closely cooperate with brand marketing and shopper marketing on how to leverage POSand market shares with the customer via loyalty and personalization.
Carry out “Actual vs. Plan” analysis of financial KPIs
Monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs
Pursue appropriate, strategic alliances that support aggressive market share and revenuegrowth and execute profitable market penetration strategies.


Who we are looking for

Bachelor degree required; advanced degree a plus
5+ years of retail, CPG or account management experience
Track record of profitable growth
Prior functional experience in sales, supply chain, marketing, category management, etcpreferred
Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
General business management knowledge
Financial acumen
Relationship building skills
Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
