National Head of Response Marketing

About the Job

Purpose of Position:


This position is responsible for leading the preparation, writing, assembly and delivery of proposals for the Global Workplace Solutions division.  This is a key support position for the firm’s corporate occupier clients.  The opening is to be filled in the Atlanta, GA office.


Summary of Essential Job Functions:


§  Gain deep understanding of the Corporate Services (“Workplace Solutions”) business in the commercial real estate industry, the competitive landscape and FirstService’s value proposition.


§  Single point of contact to manage RFP and RFI responses, proposals, and other standard documents, facilitating necessary input from multiple business lines, offices and individuals globally.


§  Preparation and production of best in class, customized, client specific information packages in response to RFI's and RFP's, proposals and other client deliverables.


§  Maintain standard team resumes, case studies and other supporting materials.


§  Improve formatting of client deliverables and marketing presentations, coordinating with Marketing department.


§  Develop and maintain a library of RFP/RFI responses, organize and categorize common questions and responses, etc.


§  Evaluate, recommend and implement (if approved) cost effective technology to standardize and improve efficiency of the response process.


§  Update and maintain the company’s CRM system based upon activities and generate standard and ad-hoc reports as required.


§  Develop and get approved an internal performance measurement process and tools for the Response Marketing department.


§  Perform other relevant duties as requested or assigned.


Required Skills:


·         Outstanding proficiency authoring written proposal content, with excellent ability to write and edit English grammar.


·         5-7 years in an administrative or marketing capacity supporting multiple team members.


·         2+ years in the commercial real estate industry is desired.


·         AA or BA degree.


·         Competency in Microsoft Office applications, In-Design and desktop publishing/graphics software


·         Customer service skills.


·         Problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills required.



  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Candidate should have a positive demeanor and be able to overcome challenges due to lack to readily available resources in some instances.
