National Lubricant Sales and Marketing Manager

About the Job

An International Lubricant Company with an established global network seeks a NATIONAL LUBRICANT SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER to drive its growth in the US market.


 


The ideal candidate will posses the ability to manage and develop our US sales force, develop new business, identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities, and leverage and optimize supply chain logistics. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in national sales of lubricants in he US market. The NATIONAL LUBRICANT SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER will report directly to the President and CEO.


 


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


 



  • Business development targeting major national key accounts in industrial and consumer markets and developing a distributor network nationwide
  • Oversee, implement and manage overall Company’s Sales Budget and Yearly Results handled and generated by the Sales Force of each Branch.
  • Coordinate and drive the national Sales Force to set the Yearly Commercial and Marketing Objectives for each Sales Branch Manager and to achieve the Company’s Yearly Sales objectives.
  • With the assistance of each Branch Manager, supervise the technical service related to the correct product application for customers
  • Propose, implement, and execute the Promotional and Advertising Budget.
