R3 (Redistribution) - R3 is a business segment that delivers the best, most efficient solutions to support the growth and profitability of our business customers.  The markets serviced by R3 include foodservice (serving restaurants, hotels and airlines), janitorial/sanitation, industrial/safety and medical/surgical distributors.

Processor - Bunzl's Processor Division provides the protein and food processing industry with an extensive array of maintenance, operating, and employee supplies.  We stock more than 25,000 food processing and plant operating items to help our customers meet their business needs.

Retail - Bunzl Distribution provides outsourcing services and distribution to some of North America's leading retailers.  We primarily provide store operating supplies like boxes and wrap, as well as retail carry-out bags and other goods for resale.

Convenience Store - Bunzl is a leading provider of operating supplies and retail goods to convenience store wholesalers and retailers.  We offer more than 3,000 products to this market, including paper products, soap, and sanitation and cleaning supplies.

Safety - R3 Safety is America's only true logistics redistributor of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products.  We provide service to distributors in the construction, industrial, hardware, jan/san, rental, electrical, safety and welding markets throughout the United States and Canada.

Janitorial/Sanitation - Bunzl is a leading distributor of janitorial/sanitation products selling a general housekeeping line, laundry items, floor equipment, soaps, chemicals and equipment servicing healthcare facilities, retail companies, and miscellaneous commercial industries.

This position can be located in the following states:
Florida, Arizona, Texas, California, or New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

• Must have the ability and initiative to prospect and build new accounts calling on the Senior and Executive level of existing and new customers
  
• Must have the ability to sell and initiate new item roll outs on key initiatives
  
• Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts
  
• Implement and manage pricing strategies within all accounts
  
• Communicate and cooperate in a productive manner with all Branches and Regions
  
• Utilize all appropriate VIP (Dimensions of Professional Selling) techniques and methodologies
  
• Work with Logistics team to develop customer programs for presentation to customer executives on Asset Management
  
• Responsible for planning and forecasting business needs
  
• Negotiates contracts with prospective alliances or renegotiates existing ones to maximize value for both parties
  
• Continually gathers, analyzes and presents competitive information to senior management
  
• Drive preferred vendor sales opportunities

• High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, or Business a plus 
  
• A minimum of 5 years experience of outside sales experience in the food processing industry is required; experience in outside sales to Corporate level accounts preferred
  
• Required to work independently, with minimal supervision
  
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties
  
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and presentation skills are a must
  
• Must understand Capital Employed, Cash Flow and Balance Sheets to present theories and solutions to customer corporate management
  
• Must possess executive level communication skills with proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office such as Power-Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  
• Advanced level user experience with I-Series (AS400) system preferred
  
• Must be able to travel 60% + and must have access to a major airport
