A Professional VMS Recruiter is a recruiter with at least one full year of national professional recruiting experience who consistently demonstrates the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meet client needs. This Recruiter will be the main point of contact with client hiring managers through a high volume VMS system. We are looking for someone who has the ability to manage, filter, and pipeline qualified candidates to client business units throughout the nation.
We are looking for someone to provide:
► Proven recruiting experience attracting qualified professionals interested in contract and contract-to-hire employment
► Ability to establish professional relationships with contract employees on a national level
► Experience building and maintaining a network for new business opportunities and referrals to help identify and source qualified candidates on a national level.
► Interviewing and resume screening skills to ensure candidates credentials match with open requirements
► Negotiating skills with contracts and contract to hire employees
► Experience in a high volume, fast paced, recruiting environment
► Experience managing client relationships through a VMS system
► Experience managing a large national account through client hiring manager interaction, supplier forums, and VMS activity
