Our client manufactures different types of fans and blowers. Their products are used in heating, ventilating, pollution control and air conditioning in various applications such as helicopters, locomotives, hospitals, steel mills, and processing plants just to name a few. They have over 100 manufacturers' representatives selling for them and throughout the United States and


Canada as well as international licensees in twenty-nine other countries who manufacture and sell their products.


 We are currently recruiting for an experienced National Sales Manager. Our
client's level of business has dictated they create a new position to their
management team. There are currently three Regional Managers and one Vice
President of sales and vast network of sales representatives across the
Untied States. This is a new position and will report directly to the Vice
President and over see the three Regional Managers and their sales
representatives.

The candidate of choice will be able to identify new business initiatives,
justify and propose new strategies to the regional mangers that will enable
the RM's to effectively achieve the company's goals. Create key action plans
to overcome objections from key decision makers regardless of market
conditions or competitors inquiries. Be able to understand and determine
applicability of our client's product offerings into existing and new market
places. This is a very crucial position to ensure our clients growth; an
entrepreneurial solution solver would be most advantageous.


Required Knowledge/ Experience

The candidate must be highly motivated with the ability to effectively
demonstrate leadership and coaching skills. This position requires a minimum
of 8 years of professional sales and sales management experience, three of
which must be market specific in the fan and blower industry. The successful
candidate will have demonstrated proven technical selling success in the
defined industry as well as having documented success in managing,
promoting, and maintaining an effective growth orientated sales program.


 


This position is Nationwide with a Chicago home base.


Relocation expenses will be paid for the right candidate.
