Position Summary:
USA Dawgs Inc is seeking a National Sales Manager capable of building a dynamic sales force throughout the USA.
The USA National Sales Manager, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for successful sales and marketing of products in the USA. Accountable for the achievement of sales/revenue and profit objectives.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the CEO, perform USA Sales Management activities as follows:
- Responsible for hiring, training and development of sales reps a cohesive sales team.
- Management of the prescribed territories to achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Attend local/national trade-shows and exhibits to support sales team as needed.
- Build relationships with customers and deal with customer related issues.
- Complete daily/weekly and monthly activity and sales reports as prescribed by management.
- Deliver weekly, monthly and annual reports to senior management.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting based on area sales reps reporting and projections.
- Execute Sales & Marketing agreements with suitable retailers. Build relationships with target market(s) including footwear, clothing, sporting goods and general retailers.
- Interface with management and other staff members to provide guidance, suggestions and expertise as needed to coordinate distribution of products, samples and orders
What we require from you:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6-10 years sales experience
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships
- Minimum five years of sales force management
- Excellent writing and organizational skills; detail oriented
- Effective communication, presentation, training and motivational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; a team player
- English Language as mother tongue. Additional languages skills a plus.
- Proven record of building a similar sales operation to achieve yearly sales goals is a must
- Position is based in Las Vegas, NV
- Ability to travel as required
Compensation
