Elore Enterprises, Manufacturer of Spanish style sausages, located in Miami, Florida, founded in 1988. At the end of 2008 Elore opened its new facilities in Miami, with an important investment to develop new product lines and new markets.
Currently operates its own distribution fleet in South Florida, with two Sales Representatives in New York and Mexico
is seeking a NATIONAL SALES MANAGER.
RESPONSABILITIES
-Account responsibility. Direct sales and profit for mayor customers and distributors in the US, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America
-Planning. Identify key selling windows and develop initiatives to achieve maximum results.
-Budget. Develop and manage account level budgets pertaining to sales, marketing, margin, allowances, etc
-Forecasting. Direct responsibility for managing the product forecasting.
-Team. Work within the Retail Sales Team structure to identify and pursue ideas, projects, opportunities, etc.
-Leadership. Provide strategic perspective of what needs to be done at account level, experience and then motivate team personnel to achieve needed results.
-Support, evaluate, and train new and existing sales reps.
-Interact with other departments in the organization to insure the proper handling of customer requirements.
SKILLS
-Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Bussiness Administration or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of previous National Account direct selling experience.
-Experience using best demonstrated practices in account planning, marketing, and sales budgets.
-Bilingual ( Spanish ) is a must.
-Be able to travel a minimum of 50% overnight away from home.
