Established manufacturer of military electronics systems is seeking a national sales manager to increase penetration in key military programs, primarily Navy and Army. You will manage and leverage a substantial number of existing programs, close numerous opportunities in the pipeline and use your knowledge of the marketplace to fill the pipeline and grow the business. This position requires a consultative selling approach with a sharp technical skills and the ability to work with engineers at the customer sites as well and internally.

We have a history of successful programs with thousands of fielded systems as well as a substantial product portfolio and a team of engineers who can design or customize solutions as required.

Your compensation consists of a base salary with vacation, medical and dental benefits and a commission structure with no cap. You have support staff available as well as phone and travel reimbursement programs.

Your sales office is located at our corporate headquarters in the Boston area. There is no relocation package available for this position.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

·        5-10 years experience in technical sales to military or contractors

·        Bachelors degree, technical discipline preferred

·        Proven track record of sales success

·        Ability to travel 50% and attend occasional trade shows
