GlobalTranz is a 7-year old Freight Management Company with a brand new office in City North.          

In 2008, and 2009, GlobalTranz was recognized by the INC 500 as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the America.

Think of the GlobalTranz business model as something like Lending Tree meets Travelocity for moving palletized Freight. GlobalTranz then offers Agent Agreements and Private Labeling partnerships.

We are currently looking for (2) Recruiting/Sales Professionals that can figure out how to get people to training.

Responsibilities include:

• Calling prospective Agent Owners to introduce the opportunity of going into business for themselves

• Calling prospective candidates to introduce them to the pricing, services, and software that
  has been developed by GlobalTranz

• Organizing the placement process from introduction of candidate to client
  through signed Agent agreement

Requirements include:

-Ability to get people excited!

-Very personable with the ability to reach an area of commonality with anyone

-Recruiting or Transportation experience

-Desire to improve income drastically through diligent work

-Comfortable developing relationships over the phone

- Highly competitive nature.

-Proactive approach and the ability to act quickly and efficiently.

- Excellent time management and problem solving skills.

-Ability to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner.

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
