Ø  Understand the customer business paradigm and provide value added solutions

Ø  Align with the Integrated Operational Planning offerings and ability to position, articulate and establish extreme customer connect and convert 

Ø  Have good understanding of IOP product, be able to map requirements to IOP functionalities, able to create complex modeling configurations as required.

Ø  Participate in client discussions to understand the problem faced by the customer and articulates the same to internal stakeholders, define and document the problem and get customer agreement, Brings in best practices in the Industry / product perspective, provide different options in order to assist in identify and define the problem

Ø  Arrive at possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution, impact related functional/technical areas, acceptability of the solution to the user community, technical feasibility and efficiency. In order to assist in arriving at the final solution definition

Ø  Ability to provide technical leadership in providing alternate solution options

Ø  Evaluate and review Design Frameworks and Methodologies from IOP best practices and gets approval design in order to achieve functional and non-functional requirements and conformance to the architecture

Ø  Create, consult and review architectural decisions, architecture solution, performs re-engineering of architectures in order to create solution blueprint to meet project requirements

Ø  Perform As-Is analysis, provide To-Be recommendations, evaluate product technology solution and provide solution to specialized problems in order to provide inputs on technical and domain road map.

Ø  Willingness to re-locate within the US

Skills:

Candidate should have experience in the above responsible activities, while developing modeling solutions in one of the following areas

1) Should have good understanding of Oracle Integrated Operational Planning product, functionalities, features, best practices and able to analyze and propose solution independently etc

2) Should have had at least 2 to 3 implementation experience – end to end from requirements to production roll out

3) Should have good communication, writing skills
