.NET Technical Lead
Our client is looking for a .NET Technical Lead to provide technical leadership in software development projects for web based digital media applications
Responsibilities
Conduct requirement analysis, schedule estimates and solution design to meet business objectives
Develop code in C#, .NET Framework and XML and conduct code reviews with the team
Automate unit tests and contribute to OA regression tests
Debug, document and provide technical support for the applications
Plan, allocate and mentor development' resources
Enhance software development procedures and best practices
Proactively research Web 2.0 and industry trends. Apply new technologies to enrich the business.
Requirements
5+ years software development life cycle (SDLC) experience in web based applications with 2+ years as a team lead or an architect
Strong programming experience in C#, .NET 2.0 and 3.5, XML, XSL T, CSS, JavaScript, xUnit test and SQL Server or MySQL on Windows
A self-starter in a fast-paced working environment
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with end users and vendors
Experience in Web 2.0, social media and RSS is preferred
Experience in Agile development methodology is preferred
