.Net Team Lead

Description:  Provide technical expertise and leadership to development team focused on a series of requirements to build new application in a very short timeframe.  Provide technical expertise in design, development and requirements of new development to replace a legacy web based application.  Must have a working understanding of web services, ability to program using .NET, and iterative development.  Must be a leader, able to motivate and direct team members, make recommendations on solutions.  Must work in collaboration with Development Manager, and Project Manager.  Responsible for reviewing code and mentoring team members.  

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:  BS/MS in Computer Science, related coding experience.  Experience leading developers.  Ability to motivate team members to move quickly and produce with quality.  Must have good communication skills (verbal and written), experienced in MS Office, Project and Visio.
