About the Job

Company Information

Founded in 1935 as the Franklin Glue Company, we began with a solution. To address a major concern in the furniture manufacturing industry, we developed the first ready-to-use liquid hide glue, a significant breakthrough at the time.  Through the years, Franklin has developed many other “industry first" solutions for difficult manufacturing problems.  Today, Franklin International is a progressive mid-sized manufacturer of adhesives, coatings, and sealants.

At Franklin International, we do more than sell adhesives. We solve technical problems, and our solutions improve quality, enhance safety, accelerate manufacturing cycles, cut delivery times and, on occasion, provide the basis for strategic marketing advantages and new product categories. Just as important, we do it quickly and cost-effectively. Because we believe as strongly in tomorrow as in today, we devote a high percentage of our resources to research and development. That's where defined solutions become reality and where advances in adhesive technology are converted into practical applications. A vast array of Franklin's products is now distributed globally and touches the lives of millions. But we're still a family-owned, Columbus, Ohio - based company operating under our original philosophy - creativity and innovation with an intense focus on personalized service, superior product quality and total customer value.
