OnDemand Technician
This position involves the configuration, installation and support of computer hardware and software in a financial environment. Individual should be familiar with servers and knowledgeable about desktops and their use in a network environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows is required. Position will involve both in-house configurations of our systems including the loading of software, as well as client-site installations and phone support. 50+% travel is required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: An Associate’s degree in computer science or related technical field is required. Two years related work experience may be substituted. Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE) preferred.
Hand-on experience with computer hardware systems, servers, routers and telecommunication technology, TCP/IP networks, Microsoft (Desktop and Server), Microsoft SQL are all preferred.
